My Sunflower Seed Project

This is all about my sunflower seed project! so, we all chose a kind of seed, here were the choices, sunflower seed (that’s what i chose) cucumber seed, yellow or green bean seed. Then we got a paper towel and wet it, then put the seed in the paper towel and folded it. we put it in a plastic bag, got tape and hung it on the window. Mine still haven’t sprouted yet, probably because when i folded the seed in the paper towel i folded it like, three times!!! So, the light won’t go through properly. Well that’s it, by the way, this is what i hung up, my seed!!!

Friendship Workshop

Hi everyone, so as you know we did a workshop on friendship! It was a really good lesson on kindness and a great way to make yourself a better person.

K. In that lesson what i already knew is that you are supposed to treat other people the way you want to be treated and always be kind and nice no matter what.

L.   What i learned in that lesson is that there’s this kindness web. The kindness web is where you have a ball of yarn and you have to pass it on, but you don’t just pass it on, you have to pick someone and say something you like about them.

 

W.     What i want to know is that when i say something kind to somebody, does it make them feel good, or do they not like it?

 

An act of kindness i did is when we were doing the kindness web, i said something kind to someone!

Field Trip

Hello, my name is Ruby. Today I’m talking about my field trip! We went to the tech museum yesterday. It was so fun! First we had some free time to roam around the museum. We went to the sound room and screamed as loud as we could! We also went to the crazy kitchen where your brain thinks that the floor is flat but when you go in it the floor kinda turns! It’s so much fun!after free time we went to this room where we learned about pulleys and gears! that’s it!
